From first question to passport.

Pre-screening

Send us passport copies and we confirm you meet the basic criteria before anything is filed.

Due diligence
7–10 business days
Vanuatu's Financial Intelligence Unit and Interpol review your certified documents and issue a clearance letter.
- 03
Full application
30–60 business days
We lodge your complete file with the Citizenship Commission, along with the contribution or investment.

Oath and passport
7–10 business days
Take the oath online, give biometrics in person, and receive your certificate, ID and passport by courier.
Biometrics for the passport are taken in person, in Vanuatu or at an approved office in the UAE, New Caledonia, Hong Kong or Brussels.

Daniel Agius

Daniel trained as a Chartered Accountant in Australia, came to Vanuatu in 2004 and never left. More than twenty years on, Vanuatu is home. Daniel has led VIMB as a Vanuatu Government designated agent since 2017 and advises the government directly on how its Citizenship by Investment programmes are shaped and run. Clients get guidance from someone who knows the programme from the inside, not from a brochure. Away from VIMB, Daniel is involved in local community projects that help Vanuatu grow in a way that lasts.

Gleb started on the other side of the counter, as a Passport Officer with Vanuatu's Immigration Department. Since 2010, Gleb has worked with governments across the Pacific and the Caribbean to take their citizenship programmes to the world, and today looks after VIMB's clients in Europe and North America. More than fifteen years in, the best part of the job is still the moment a client realises how much bigger the world has just become, for them and their family. Gleb works closely with immigration authorities across most island jurisdictions and speaks regularly at international conferences on investment migration and private capital.
